    It would be helpful to have a sign up of people who are tentatively interested in participating, so we can reach a critical mass before going through all the steps of being an official Tabletop Day event.

    Chicken and Egg, Nick. Do you want a certain level of commitment from people to setup, promote, and host the event or do you wait until there is a certain level of interest in going to the event? From two years of doing this, i’ve seen that if you don’t have anything tangible for an event people won’t be interested until the day of or before the event. Then you have to scramble to get everything ready. Eventually, get super burned-out and start hating life and everyone around you.
