We want to create an educational game for a local primitive skills school but keep the game framework as open-source to be used for any hackerspace, or any community for that matter, to put up educational content for their members.

Suggested Educational Game Guidelines for Interactivity
  • Do not simply present facts for memorization. Engage students in demonstrations in which they must interact.
  • try to simulate some process or scenario.
  • allow for mistakes and try to design a wide story tree rather than a linear storyline

Not the best reporting in the world but at least it gives an idea of interactivity for educational purposes – i say "not best" cos there is nothing mentioned on how well it works.
